Just like the hotel stands out for its cozy atmosphere, its distinguished cuisine lies in the hands of specialists. They use the products of an organic orchard, including season vegetables and spices they use to made the typical dishes of the Patagonian table.

Its exquisite grilled beef steak with fine herb sauce or the French lamb chops sauteed in Provençal sauce accompanied by dauphinoise potatoes au gratin are two options within its varied menu. Its cuisine is classic with an avant garde touch and specialties highlight the basic taste of its main ingredient. For dessert, we tried calafate biscuit. This is a highly coveted fruit in the area. The category of this venue goes beyond discussion. It may only be appreciated. Having dinner at one of its tables overlooking the seashore is an ideal summer night program. The large windows feature a view of Última Esperanza Sound while the most requested dishes are softly cooked in the pots over the fire pits.

As we looked at the menu, we noticed it was written in three languages, which gives evidence of the international customers it serves. We chose two specialties: fresh Magellan spider crab with sliced cucumber, avocado and birr sauce and Patagonian hare civet marinaded in red wine accompanied with vegetables and pearl onions. The person in charge told us about each preparation and recommended the best drink. We chose a white wine for the first dish and a red one from Casa Silva Lolol Gran Reserva for the game meat.

We crowned the night with a drink at the bar as we bade farewell to the sea until the following day.

Located on the ocean drive and Ladrilleros Street, this restaurant is a synonym for politeness, painstaking and customized assistance. Faithful to Nouvelle Cuisine, its dishes are simple but tasty, avoiding spicy food and aggressive sauces. Each presentation is the result of a personal invention by the chef based on the natural elements acquired each day. Ravioli filled with spider crab with sheep cheese is one of its most highly recommended options.

Regarding desserts, season fruit and varied mousse accompanied with raspberry or myrtle tree fruit sauce. Favorite wines usually include regional ones.

The warm and cozy atmosphere is perfect for an evening eating out. Its libraries with magazines and tourist guides contribute to the wait. Only smoking is not allowed.
